Tom brings 45 years of diverse experience practicing residential and commercial services to his role at Sotheby's. He worked in both residential and commercial real estate for A. E. LePage, Royal LePage, and JLL [Jones Lang LaSalle]. He has provided real estate transaction service management and strategic consulting services for office and industrial assets; asset acquisitions and dispositions; occupancy and workplace need analysis and strategies; and land transaction services.
Tom was President of the Brampton Real Estate Board and Director of the Ontario Real Estate Association. He has been a guest lecturer at Ryerson University. He is a past President of the Kinsmen Club of Canada. Tom completed the Canadian Bankers Association apprentice Achievement Award through the University of Toronto and was a Bank Accountant with CIBC.
